The communication layer

TradeXpress Enterprise possesses a wide range of communication protocols such as:

HTTP(S) Interface
HTTP(S Interface provides the interface between TradeXpress Enterprise and an HTTP server (e.g.: Apache).  It allows the use of the HTTP protocol (with or without SSL) from TradeXpress.

SMTP / MIME Interface
SMTP/MIME allows for the interface between an email server on the market (Notes, Exchange, Send mail, …) and TradeXpress. It allows management of the SMTP protocol from TradeXpress and the management of attached files in MIME format. The module does not include the email server.

SOAP
SOAP Messaging enables message type data to be conveyed between partners either directly or by using the latest protocols such as eb_MS V2.0. Those protocols enable data exchange with significant QOS (Quality Of Services) definition possibilities and facilitate the transmission of data within Business Process type exchange schemas and can be based, for instance, on standards such as CPP and CPA published by ebXML.

FTP Interface
FTP Interface (E-FTP) Server is substituted for the standard FTP protocol.
It offers much greater security, manages acknowledgements, triggers processes on receipt of data, inputs FTP customers, optimises process time and automatic transfers … and many other functions (Sub Login avoiding anonymity, restricted access rights per pseudo/user/sublogin, connection log, …)

MTA
UIS (Universal Information Server) is the latest version of software in the Route 400 offering.
UISs enable the X400 P1 protocols to be supported from TradeXpress
The interface between the two software systems is enabled using APA Xapia specified by X-Open.
The module is edited by our partner Clearswift.

S-FTP
S-FTP enables securised FTP transfers using SFTP2. It operates in customer mode only.
SFTP2 is an FTP transfer protocol enabling SSH2 encryption and the authentication of Password and Public-Key (RSA) codes.

CFT Interface
CFT Interface enables the interface between TradeXpress Enterprise and the cross file transfer monitor (CFT).
So, from TradeXpress Enterprise CFT offers support of protocols CFT, ETEBAC 3 and PeSIT-HS.
The CFT interface does not include the CFT licence.

JMS interface
The JMS connector allows integration of the sending and receipt of JMS messages in TradeXpress, ensuring integration with MOMs and all other JMS-implementing servers.
JORAM is integrated in TradeXpress by means of that connector.
