Commerce-Connections provide full support for installation and configuration. Ongoing support is covered via an annual license and maintenance contract which includes and product updates and remote support.

CC Integration Perquisites

The CC-Integrator requires SAP Business Object compatible XML data sets. This can be generated with an on-site B2B Server such as TradeXpress™ or choose from the
CC Managed Services offerings (CC Translation Service).
Users with their own EDI/B2B software are also able to take advantage of the CC Integrator as long as their package can produce a valid XML stream.
