Service Details
The CC WebForms Service processes incoming EDI/XML transactions and presents those transactions to the user in a graphical format, just like paper documents. Users can access and process business documents online via the Web just using a web browser. The User Interface is intuitively designed and requires a minimum of user training. Users can log on to the web application and access individual documents such as orders for further processing. For example, Orders are turned into Invoices by the click of a button without the need for re-keying information.
The process flow includes document management functions such as 'draft' documents, 'in progress' and 'completed' documents. An archiving function allows users to archive documents from the active view into an archive for later access if required. The Service complies with the invoice archiving requirements, which requires the document to be retained for a period of 6 years.
